We offer a variety of printing services including DTF, HTV, Screen Printing , 3D Stickers, Permanent Decals, DYE-SUB printing & Embroidery. Click here for more information.

We have NO minimums on DTF, HTV, Screen Printing and PUFF Prints.
Minimums apply for Embroidery & Patches including Embroidery Patches, Leather and PVC Patches. See below:
a. Patches: 20 Minimum
b. Laser Engraving: 20 Minimum
c. Embroidery: 10 Minimum
d. Screen Printing: 10 Minimum

We offer NO set up fees for DTF, HTV & PUFF printing.
We have the following one off fees for each design:
a. Screen Printing: $25 (per screen)
b. Embroidery & Embroidery Patches: between $20 - $60 (depends on the complexity of the artwork)
c. Laser Engraving $40
NOTE: When purchasing items for the first time with embroidery, laser engraving, or patches, please add the appropriate fee to the cart alongside the items. They can be found in the Services Menu.

When you order through our online store, you will be charged the full amount prior to the commencement of works.
When we place an order manually for you, you will receive a Zeller or Shopify Invoice via email for full payment.
NOTE: We will not commence any work without prior payment. This may hold up scheduled delivery times, as the order DOES NOT commence until full payment has been received.

a. You should receive an order confirmation email via Shopify or Zeller (depending on how you placed your order)
b. We will send you an email with a free mock up to ensure correct colour and placements
c. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Unfortunately not. A JPEG is not a high resolution vector image and is not suitable for printing and pressing onto garments. Please see here for more information on the file requirements needed for printing.
If you require a logo redraw, we charge $25 per logo, where you will receive an AI file copy of your new logo.

Yes! You can purchase one of our sample kits with one off items of your choice and your logo. See here
NOTE: Bulk discounts do not apply for one off samples.

This is easy! Send us an email or contact us via our contact form, and we will send you a custom quote and add the items to our website! We love creating new custom pieces!

Yes! At PNP we offer:
30-50 pc: 5%
50-100 pc: 10%
100-200 pc: 15%
200-300 pc: 20%
300+ pc: 25%

Yes! At PNP we offer the following add ons:
a. Pip Tags

You can use them all or use only one.
How to Care for your New Garments
We have created this page to assist you in caring for your new garments so that the prints last as long as possible!
1. DO NOT iron any prints
2. Tumble-dry on LOW or hang dry
3. Wash inside out
4. Never pick or rub prints in any way
5. NEVER bleach designs
