Returns, Refunds, and Consumer Guarantees

Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Guarantees: As a business providing goods and services to consumers in Australia, we acknowledge that under the ACL, you have certain rights to guarantees regarding the quality, fitness for purpose, and description of the goods or services you receive. We guarantee that our products and services will meet these consumer guarantees unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

  2. Defective or Damaged Items: If the items you receive are defective, damaged, or fail to meet the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, please contact us within [insert number of days] from the date of receipt. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund based on your preference, in accordance with ACL.

  4. No Refunds on Custom Products: Due to the nature of our custom printing services, we do not offer refunds on items that were printed according to the specifications you provided unless they fail to meet consumer guarantees as set out in the ACL.

How to Care for your New Garments

We have created this page to assist you in caring for your new garments so that the prints last as long as possible!

1. DO NOT iron any prints

2. Tumble-dry on LOW or hang dry

3. Wash inside out

4. Never pick or rub prints in any way

5. NEVER bleach designs
