- Fit for purpose: The goods and services we offer will be fit for the purpose they are intended for, and suitable for your needs, provided that you clearly communicate these needs to us.
1. Products: All products we print or manufacture are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects or errors in the printed materials. This warranty covers defects that are a result of faulty materials, printing errors, or production flaws.
2. Services: Our printing services, including custom designs, are covered by a 12-month warranty. If the service we provided does not meet the agreed-upon specifications or if there are any errors in the final product resulting from our design or printing process, we will rectify the issue at no extra cost to you.
3. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:
a. Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper care by the customer.
b. Products or services that were altered after being delivered (e.g., printing errors caused by customer-supplied files).
c. Issues that arise due to artwork or specifications provided by the customer that were inaccurate or incomplete.
d. Issues related to shipping damage after the products leave our premises, as shipping issues are covered under our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
2. Provide Details: You may need to provide us with details of the defect or issue, including:
a. A description of the problem
b. Photos or other evidence of the issue
c. Your order number and proof of purchase
3. Inspection and Resolution: Once we receive your claim, we will assess the situation and determine whether a repair, replacement, or refund is appropriate. We may request that the defective product be returned to us for inspection.
1. Third-Party Materials: If you provide us with third-party materials (e.g., artwork, files, or other materials), we are not responsible for any issues caused by the quality or condition of these materials.
2. Custom Products: Custom products, including personalized items (e.g., shirts with custom prints), may have specific limitations based on customer-supplied artwork or specifications.

How to Care for your New Garments
We have created this page to assist you in caring for your new garments so that the prints last as long as possible!
1. DO NOT iron any prints
2. Tumble-dry on LOW or hang dry
3. Wash inside out
4. Never pick or rub prints in any way
5. NEVER bleach designs
