Turnaround & Delivery

We have a two stage process when placing an order with us:

1. Production Time

2. Shipping Time


Production Time

There are a few situations that can delay an order:

1. Delayed confirmation of the mock up

2. Delayed payment of invoice

3. Insufficient stock with supplier

4. Busy time of year!

At Print & Press, we try our hardest to ensure the fastest turnaround time is achieved for every customer. We can normally get an order out the door within 1 week, however, this could extend up to as many as 3 weeks to be shipped.

If you have a deadline to meet, please let us know when you place your order so we can do our best to meet your deadline!



Shipping and Delivery

Once your order is pressed, we will reach out to you to let you know your order is on the way!

We offer free shipping and delivery in Sydney Metro Areas. We also ship across Australia, with standard or express shipping options available. Make sure you click the correct shipping option at checkout so we don't have to bother you!

Standard Parcel Post: $15
- Only for small orders: hoodies 2 or less, tees 10 or less

Express Parcel Post: $25
- Only for small orders: hoodies/Jackets 2 or less, tees 10 or less

Small Box: $35
- Use this for hoodie orders between 3-10, tee orders between 15-30

Large Box: $45
- Use this for any large bulk orders, hoodies >10, tees >30

We ship all parcel posts with Australia Post and all Boxes are shipped with Couriers Please. Parcel posts usually arrive next day, whilst Couriers Please can take up to 4 days out of Sydney.

Click and Collect

You also have the option of picking up your order from our studio, located in St Clair NSW.

Stock Issues

We do our best to ensure our stock levels are up to date, however as we offer tens of thousands of options (think colours and sizes), it's impossible for us to hold stock of everything!

Sometimes, there may be items that are both out of stock with us and our suppliers. We'll always let you know ahead of time and discuss with you the options we have available, as the supplier will normally give an expected ETA.
