At Print & Press, we offer a bunch of Embroidery Patches with variable backings so they can be used for multiple applications. Patch pricing varies with size, complexity and backing type. Embroidery patches also come in different stitch types and can be multiple colours! See below for a reference chart.
Embroidery Patches
Embroidery patches can be:
- Flat Stitch with no fill
- Flat stitch with fill
- 3D Stitched
- A combination of both
- Any Size or shape
- Multiple or single colour
Leather Patches
Leather patches come in:
- Blue/silver
- Light brown
- Medium Brown
- Dark Brown
- Are laser engraved.
Dye Sub Patches
Dye sub patches use a printed picture that is then heat transferred onto a patch. They can be multiple shapes and sizes and any colour. These patches can be combined with embroidery to make a print stitch patch.
Patch Backing
- Sew on
- Velcro
- Iron On
Fees that you can expect:
- Custom Patch Shape
- Different Backings (see above)
- Digitising of design (cost depends on complexity)
- 3D Foam (for a 3D design)
- Extra Small Text

Minimums
Patches have set up fees and minimums:
1. Embroidery Patch
- between $20-$60 set up fee
- Minimum of 20
2. Laser Engraving of Leather patches
- $40 set up fee
- Minimum of 20
3. Dye Sub or Print Stitch Patch
- No Set Up Fee for Dye Sub Only
- Between $10-$20 Set up fee for Print Stitch
- Minimum of 20
